Your Free Pre Assessment

We know you may feel apprehensive and have many questions about purchasing a property. The most common question we receive is “How do I go about it?”

To answer this question for you, we will take you through a free Pre Assessment whereby you will learn:

1. How much can I borrow?
2. How much can I afford to spend?
3. How much will it cost me to repay?
4. What do I do now?

We call this the Big 4 questions. This process will take you about 10 minutes of your time to answer a few simple questions. We will also request 2 of your recent payslips to enable us to be more thorough.

From here, we analyse your situation and prepare an informative presentation designed for you.
